All orders are FOB Milford, Ohio unless otherwise specified and most items are shipped via UPS Ground. Due to the size and weight of some cases (i.e. plasma cases), shipment will be via common carrier. Additional shipping options are available for expedited delivery. All in stock items ordered by 1:00 PM EST, will ship the business day of order receipt. In the unlikely event that an item is on backorder, an email will be sent advising of current stock situation. Your credit card will not be billed until your order has shipped.
